The JPI FUEL TECH is a waste to energy
project, a fuel to generate power, with home address @ Cablong, Pozorrubio,
Pangasinan, owned, develops and produces the undersigned JAIME P. IMBAT. To
begin with, we are still on our infamy stage.
It is an opportunity indeed to introduce a new system to
generate power (electricity) which will cut electricity bill by as much as 75%.
And on
this, we are appealing with your support and guidance that this will come into
reality.
As
energy is the bloodline of any industry and as our country is a net importer to
energy, our country suffers most hampering
our economic growth throwing millions of Filipinos on jobless, for mostly if not all our
industries is now considered on a sunset or meltdown situation.
Alarm
on this, our government finds solution to look for a new renewable energy but
seems halt, for it is not viable and sustainable. (ex. Of w/c _______)
As a
result of which the Visayas and Mindanao suffers and felt power crisis,
complains arise for it affect now daily now daily lives, industries go into
bankruptcy as results of brown-outs.
The
solution is of temporary using gen. set by crude oil which put electric bills
into sky high, a burden heavily subsidize by our government.
As the
region still needs 5,000MW, a need to construct to construct five (5) Mega
Structure Thermal Power Plants (like Sual/Pagbilao etc.) but sounds impossible
due to site problem and time of construction, electrifying the region sounds
impossible and could never be achieve ‘till 2050 (World Bank Estimate).
And on
this, we are now introducing the JPI FUEL TECH Mobile Type Mini Thermal Power
Plants (0.2MW) as a way of solution. It is all powered by JPI FUEL TECH PRODUCT
(Patent was been released Dec. 11, 2013). A decentralize in form, a power plant
that can be put on a garage or on a 3X3 meter lot area. Said fuel is the option
fuel to replace coal and can energize the all world industries run by coal with
everlasting supply. Also said fuel (JPI) emits neutral CO2, the very essence of
all the COP-UNTCCC (Coal emits 25 billion metric tons CO2 yearly the cause of
climate change that now begins to ruin our planet earth source AWAKE).
To
solve the power crisis of the Visayas and Mindanao a need of 25,000 units of
the Mini Thermal Power Plant @ 0.2MW as the solution and can be done in two
year time. Constructing 5 additional Thermal Power Plant @ 1,200MW will cost
$50 billion ($10 billion X 5 units) or ₱2.250 trillion as against ₱375 billion
(25,000 X ₱15M/unit) w/ same capacity @ 5,000MW. Site, time of construction,
COST, environmental impact, job generated, foreign savings and un-necessary
charges post a great difference putting it the cheapest, safest, simplest,
sustainable and affordable in the production of electricity or in short it will
re-define the power sector.
*To show how electricity been produce let’s see…..and we
call energy 101.

A - Bituminous Coal is imported from Indonesia,
Australia and China (no locally produce as claim).
B - Store on coal stock yard.
C - Pulverizing to Pulverizing Plant (powder) to ignite (in thousands of tons daily eg. Sual, 15,000 tons daily)
D - Pulverize Coal to Firing Chamber until it reach 540°C.
E - Heat exchange to boiler tubes.
F - Steam Produce to Turn Steam Turbines.
G - Turbines to turn generator.
H - Generator to produce electricity.
I - DC electricity to AC electricity (Transformer).
J - AC electricity to high Tension Transmission Lines (Grid).
K- Sent to sub-station for re-powering (Due To System losses).
L - Travels to electric post (NEA).
M- To distributors – Meralco, Luelco, etc.
N - To end user.

*Definition of Terms Simple
A - Bituminous Coal – imported igniteous fuel from Indonesia,
Australia, China, etc.
B - Coal Yard – Stock Yard for Coal.
C - Coal pulverization plant – Coal to be pulverized
in powder form for efficient firing.
D - Power Thermal Plant – a process from chemical
energy to Thermal energy to Mechanical energy to Electrical energy.
Ash Dispose Pit – pulverize coal to be stock by
landfills.
E - Clean Coal Tech (CCT) – a process wherein, in
the operation pulverize lime be added to make Coal CO2 emitted is in white No
black – (16,000 tons daily) or some time they call it gasification process.
F - Desalination Plant – process to remove salt from
sea water to serve as feed H2O to the Thermal Plant. Key element on operation.
G - Condensing River – Man made river to condense
SATURATED STEAM back to liquid form back to boiler tubes.
